I have recently purchased gripsure decking the process was easy and everything arrived on time and was exactly what I had ordered and cut to my full specification. The product does what was expected and I would recommend Gripsure uk ltd to any one who needs this product the service was outstanding.

I am happy to recommend Gripsure. As my order was for over £1000 worth of decking boards, I was a little nervous about using them as they are based in Cornwall and I live 50 miles north of London. I checked them out on the Companies' House website and there were no problems. They did not ask for payment until 2 days before delivery. The e-mail exchanges were clear. My calculations for the amount of decking needed was double checked by them. At the end of the project there were only 2 boards left over, which, according to the joiner who did the job, was unusually accurate. In his experience, almost invariably, either far too few or too many boards get ordered. Find out about the terms of delivery before ordering. The agency/agencies used to do deliveries will only do kerbside deliveries & require 2 people to be on hand to help with unloading. In my case having one person on hand turned out to be enough. It was a relatively small order of 38 decking planks.

I bought 10 m2 of gripsure decking for a project in my garden, The decking was delivered on time and without problem. I was very pleased with the quality of the decking which was 28mm thick, strong and easily installed. The decking was more expensive than cheaper standard brands but has the anti slip inlay which prevents the decking becoming sleppry in the wet, I have finished the project and am very pleased with the result.

We decided on two types of decking, Aquadeck for around our newly installed Swimspa and GripsurePro for the seating area. They also supplied the decking screws and end grain preservative. We were encouraged by the fact that Gripsure were a respected installer of decking having worked on many well known large scale commercial projects. Although relatively new to manufacturing the product themselves, we were confident that they had the knowledge required to come up with some innovative and high quality products. And rest assured, they have. Our decking has now been in use for over a year and those that have seen it in situ are amazed at how good it looks and how well it does the job it was intended for. We ordered 10% extra to cover wastage which fortunately covered some quality control issues on a couple of Aquadeck boards, hence 4 stars rather than 5. I passed on my concerns and they were appreciative of my feedback, which I am sure has gone into making the product even better. Thank you to everyone at Gripsure for some outstanding products.

We have an oak framed house and a mixture of stone and wooden outdoor spaces. The Gripsure product with grooves and texture to prevent slipping and to allow water to run off, is a revelation - and a lifesaver quite literally. When the wood becomes wet, you are sure you wont slip. We have used it across our balconies on terraces and this spring we built a 10m square decking with it. Very, very happy. Great service from the team who are very caring and helpful. We would not shop anywhere else.
