The Gazebo Company

Definitely do not recommend. Paid in full for gazebo, windows, balustrade and delivery.. When it finally arrived 5 weeks after promised date, it arrived without balustrade. The excuse was that the balustrade took it over the legal weight that they could carry on the van. We were not too worried as we were promised that it would be sent to us when we needed it. When we contacted them for the balustrade we were told it would be sent out. We phoned every week to find out where the balustrade was and they kept giving excuses. After 7 weeks we issued a county court judgement to get our money back for the balustrade.

I placed an order for a Log cabin which was due to be delivered within four weeks. Six weeks later and no delivery or contact from this company. They failed to respond to emails, online messages and answerphone service. I have now cancelled the order and await a refund. Log cabin has now been ordered from TUIN who have a much more professional approach to customer service.

It wasn't a straightforward job. We wanted the front supports set back, and the surface roots made it very difficult to insert the post supports. Ian Ward and his sons were good natured and happily sorted out each problem. Due to their heavy workload, communication was not always easy. The initial installation was quick and efficient and completed by October 2015 as promised, but, due to problems with their suppliers, they were unable to put up the side panels with windows until December. We were very pleased with the final result, which was to a very high standard.

Hired to construct a log cabin, there have been 4 failed attempts to deliver. Answerphone service only. Paid in full for the log cabin now will not return calls, texts or emails. Very personable service in paying a visit and measuring up, agreeing dates for delivery and erection. Now will not return calls, texts or emails. Sadly I am now in the process of demanding my money back. I have no evidence that the company have even started my log cabin, or even if they are still in business. Communications are severely poor. Engaging The Gazebo Company is high risk and very stressful - please steer clear.
