Acquastone

We have recently refurbished a penthouse in Wimbledon and I initially engaged with Sara at Acquastone to import some beautiful porcelain tiles from Spain for the bathrooms. We were so impressed with the range and the superlative level of professional service we received that we decided to engage them to design and supply all the bathroom fixtures and furniture. Sara was able to produce detailed CGI’s so that we could see exactly how they would look and Amir (Proprietor) provided meticulous service drawings for the installation team. The team at Acquastone felt more like partners in the project than suppliers and thanks to the input of Sara and Amir the project was seamless from end to end. The bathrooms look absolutely stunning and we can’t recommend Acquastone highly enough. An outstanding company with wonderful people and expertise to match. Jamee designed the kitchen and utility room in our new extension. She was able to translate my thoughts and visions into a beautiful chic designer kitchen considering features I didn't even know I needed! We had a tight budget which she managed to stick to which was remarkable. She was receptive throughout the process and a delight to work with. Highly recommend.

Great Product line, bathrooms, brassware kitchens, and huge variety of great quality tiles. Extremely pleased with the service recived from Aamir and his team very professional taking the time to understand requirements to achieve the best solution for the project . We got our bathrooms done and Amir was excellent in helping us choose the tiles and bathroom fittings. The team were extremely helpful in finding some amazing tiles for our project. They have a fantastic selection of tiles that are difficult to find elsewhere. We wanted something unique for our project and they helped bring together a selection of beautiful tiles from which to choose, especially from some cutting edge tile companies. We renovated both our kitchen and bathroom, Amir and Hina are a pleasure to work with. The whole team provided a tailored experience and and have a vast knowledge about their products, quite often recommending products or changes that will Provide a better overall outcome. It’s been a few months since the renovations and I can honestly say that the products are not only a pleasure to look at but extremely high quality and definitely worth every penny paid. We had the pleasure of working alongside Jamee when planning our kitchen and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She has a very welcoming nature and helped us plan a layout the makes the most of the space we had whilst also being very efficient.

We got couple of bathrooms in 2020 from Acquastone and we are very pleased with all the bathrooms. We found Amir and Maheen have incredible depth of knowledge in their products. They were able to suggest options based on our budgets. They spent a lot of time going through each little detail of all the bathrooms and suggested things that would bring the bathroom together. Throughout the process they were very responsive with any queries we or our builders had. Their quote was competitive, and we are very happy with the quality of our bathrooms. They offered us insights into the latest design trends and how we could achieve the high-end luxurious look and function. With our large project, things invariably go haywire sometimes but Amir and Maheen were always there so sort things out for us, like minor things like missing valves etc. We would highly recommend Acquastone for all bathroom and tiles demands.

I have been disappointed with my dealings with Acquastone. Our kitchen and laundry room should have been completed for the beginning of September 2019 but due to several mistakes over the planning of laundry room layout this was not completed until December 2019. We are still awaiting the actual kitchen being complete some 17 months later. The kitchen units are Kessler and are good quality. We had bespoke doors made by Acquastone to fit in two arched coves. The quality of the doors was poor and in no way matched that of the Kessler units due to this the arched doors had to be scrapped and the kitchen redesigned with doors covering the arched feature. I have found the company very reluctant to put right their mistakes and issues still remain unresolved. We are located in Yorkshire and Acquastone are a London company, this may be a reason for the issues we have encountered.

Hina and Amir are excellent, supported by their knowledgeable staff. They provided a newbie like me with advice on colours for tiles to match the room, gently guided me away from unrealistic ideas like full white to practical colours that worked in the hallway and the open space areas. Open and transparent with their pricing and delivery times, they were generous with their time and advice for my numerous questions. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
