Certified as European Passivhaus Designers by the Passivhaus Insitut, our family business has been manufacturing and constructing the highest performance, custom pre-fabricated homes using Passivhaus principles for years. We operate in the space where the client, especially small developers or self-builders, wants a flexible MMC custom package from near Passivhaus to PH certified specification that offers choice from a wide range of sustainable materials. A few things we do differently to most that might be of interest to you: we model each custom structural envelope in our timber frame/SIPS hybrid for u-values, interstitial condensation and thermal mass. The basic package includes engineering, passive windows, internal and external doors and is completed onsite typically within 2 weeks. Optionally, we add an ICF thermal bridge free foundation and basement system with U values to 0.1u with or without embedded underfloor heating; and optionally, project management to give a total build service.
