Renovating our home with Adrian was a wonderful experience, even though we lived on-site with two young children. The team was incredibly respectful of our home, ensuring it was clean and tidy at the end of every day. They kept us in the loop on all decisions and managed the timeline expertly. Their craftsmanship is second to none, and we highly recommend them for any major renovation.

Adrian and his team collaborated with us on full refurbishment, rear and side extensions and loft conversion . Communication was clear, and they were available whenever decisions had to be made or unexpected issues came up. They explained options rather than pushing the most expensive solution, and costs were discussed before works were carried out. The team kept the site organised and made an effort to minimise disruption, which mattered because we were coordinating other suppliers at the time. Working with AYG Construction felt like working with builders who understand both construction and client expectations. I would definitely work with them again and would recommend them to anyone planning a refurbishment or structural works where communication and reliability matter as much as the final result.

I recently hired AYG Construction for a full property refurbishment, including a roof replacement, double extension, pool installation, and landscaping, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and attentive to every detail. The craftsmanship is top-notch, especially on the roof and extension, which seamlessly blend with the original structure. The pool and landscaping transformed the outdoor space into a true oasis. We collaborated with Adrian during the purchase of our first home, and he truly helped turn it into our dream house. Adrian and his team were responsive, following our vision while quickly adapting to any changes we made along the way. We also appreciated Adrian's suggestions, which led us to make important updates like new flooring, a roof upgrade, and rewiring the kitchen. I have had Adrian and his team doing a full refurb and extension on my property. From the very beginning, Adrian has given step by step guidance, we discussed each point as planned and agreed what’s best for us which I couldn’t be more thankful for. Very reliable, trustworthy, experienced and so hands on everything the whole team does, providing high quality throughout the project. I truly recommend Adrian and his team.

AYG did a full house refurb for us which also included a large extension. It was a 6 month project and they finished on budget and on time and we are delighted with the end result. Adrian is very 'can do' in his approach and takes pride in his work - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AYG.

AYG built an extension for us, as well as renovated our bathroom and bedroom. We have been very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail (and problem solving!) and have signed them on for two more building projects at our house. We would highly recommend them.

Their team are highly skilled, and the work was completed within the time frame agreed upon with no hidden extra costs or changes. I’m really happy with the end result, and would employ AYG again for any construction required in the future.

I’ve been very satisfied with the level of work provided by Adrian and his team. They bring in high quality, common sense, their work is tidy and clean and they show respect to the project. We had changes along the way as our project was quite complex. Adrian is prompt and we would highly recommend him ! 5 stars!!!

AYG was recommended to me by a close friend. Their quote was resonable compared to other builders and his team’s work was quick. Adrian is reliable, answers to email quickly, always turns up for meetings, he can manage changes to the project easily and he’s trustworthy. Highly recommended

Excellent workmanship from AYG team. They worked hard form the July to earlie May and completed the work in the time scale quoted to a very high standard. We are extremly happy on how evertyhing went through, nice easy and hassle free. I would recomand this builder.
