Ocean Project Developments provided renovation services for a three bedroom. They were highly professional and delivered the scheme within budget and programme. The finishing and attention to detail were great and our client was very happy with their work.

After hearing stories from friends about their experiences with other builders, we were expecting an agonising experience. Will, Ben and team were shockingly excellent. Efficient, pragmatic and dependable throughout a fairly major project on our house. The end result is excellent and the price was competitive. We thoroughly recommend them and will certainly be using them for future projects.

Will and his team did a first class job with a full refurb of the downstairs of our four bed in Clapham. The team were professional at all times and every time that we stumbled across issues they were dealt with in a manner with removed the stress and anxiety for everyone. They even came back 2 months after the job was finished to fix an unrelated leak which was highly appreciated. They are a great bunch and Will was a pleasure to work with.

Will and his team carried out a total renovation of our three bedroom house. It started just after the first lock down and had its challenges. The layout is quite unusual and the design included a glass extension and metal staircase which Will supervised. It had its challenges. Will's communication and approach was excellent throughout - he keeps you updated and always returns calls. He was always ready with solutions to any problems that cropped up. Will and his team are genuinely nice people and a pleasure to work with. Apart from a few niggles which are being sorted out I am happy with the standard and level of finish. I also feel confident that should any defect arise Will be back in to fix it. And he kept always kept me updated on the £££ and kept to the original costs.

From my first encounter with Will I was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and helpfulness. His communication throughout the project was faultless which was particularly important as I live outside London and therefore reliant on the constant stream of updates, photos and videos - he always went the extra mile. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard and I felt confident that I was, at all times, in safe hands. I cannot recommend Battersea Builders highly enough and am looking forward to working with them again on our next project.

Battersea builders completed a renovation of our house last year. They redecorated every room and installed our kitchen.

Will and Battersea Builders built a four bed house on land in our garden Battersea. It was a brick build with large double bifold doors, requiring substantial steel framing and solid foundations. Will and the team made the process a pleasure and produced exactly what we had planned. They kept the planners and service providers happy and there were no complaints from any of the neighbours during the project. The brickwork by Danny is highly skilled and beautiful to see. We used Battersea Builders for a full renovation of our property. It had been a house of multiple occupancy when we bought it last year so was in a pretty bad state and we wanted everything from knocking down and rebuilding internal walls to fitting a new bathroom and kitchen to painting and decorating throughout. I In the middle of the first lockdown it was hard even to get quotes so I was pleased with BB's quick, thorough and itemised quote. The team were friendly and communicative throughout. We mostly dealt with both the project manager, Tommy, and site manager, Steve, and they were both very helpful. They made suggestions up front and as the project progressed and were also flexible about incorporating my ideas and small changes. All of the workmen were also very friendly and pleasant when we spoke to them. I'm really happy with the end result, which looks great - it feels like a totally different property.

Will and his team at Battersea Builders completed a remodelling and conversion of a three storey house to create 3 individual apartments, including extensions at ground and second floor. I was both client and architect on the project. Will was constructive and helpful developing the design to match the budget, with a fair price. The work was well managed, and completed to the agreed programme and budget. Will and his team were responsive, flexible and helpful throughout construction, offering constructive and creative solutions as work progressed. The site team worked well together producing good quality work. Will was also responsive, returning willingly to complete some minor snagging/defects items when the work was complete. We maintained an excellent working relationship throughout, Will communicated well and always responded and returned phone calls promptly. I am very pleased with the end result.

Will did a great job managing my complete renovation, from first steps of getting architect and engineer's drawings sorted for the alteration license, right through the build and to the end getting all necessary paperwork sorted with a rush so I could complete a quick sale. He did all this whilst I was stuck abroad and through Covid lockdowns, with frequent interaction and video call updates. He was pragmatic throughout and we worked as a team to get the most effective solution and high-quality finish for the full refurb. Most importantly, I felt I could always trust his judgement in order to get a great result.

Battersea Builders carried out a perfect job on my bathroom refit - and all done to time and to budget. I am absolutely thrilled and would definitely use them again.
