“We booked an appointment to meet with Juliet. She was very friendly and welcoming and listened as we went through our kitchen extension ideas. Nothing was too much trouble and she showed us different ideas and completed projects that they had finished similarly to ours. They had previously completed 2 other projects on our road and as we are a small cul-de-sac we already had met the builders who were always very pleasant, tidy and polite. Design work started in the summer of last year and building works were completed in January this year. We went for a 6 metre wide and 4 metre deep extension with a flat roof with 2 large glazed roof windows and aluminum sliding doors at the rear out to a patio. The kitchen they supplied was a hand painted Laura Ashley kitchen with quartz worktops which complimented the herringbone Karndean flooring The kitchen was pearl grey. Throughout the service our site manager Paul kept us updated on everything he had a vast knowledge of and this is due to his 30 years experience. Paul organised all the building works including fitting of the kitchen. All the team was friendly, professional and very experienced which you can tell with the quality of the work which has been complimented by our friends and family. The builder tidied up after themselves everyday and the kitchen was fitted in two weeks. We had a bad experience with our previous home and were very tentative to start with so you can imagine we were very nervous to start the project. We need not have been with the plan hub as the work is lovely and the quality of kitchen units, larder and drink cabinet has transformed our home. Thank you Juliet and Paul for everything.”
