Felipe did additional jobs for us once gaps appeared in other drawings from other agencies. Worked to agreed timescales and was very responsive to messages. Have had 2 builders comment on what a good set of drawings they are. In fact one has asked to take a copy so he can show clients what they should be receiving when paying for drawings! Would definitely recommend.

We recently completed our project and hired bischell as project managers after the plans where all complete by them. They controlled the jct contract admirably and helped solve some disputes with the builder. It was defiantly a great value having a professional onboard to check on the quality and also we found it hard to argue with the builder which they did on our behalf. Payments where made when we where happy and not when the builders demanded it which happened to our friends and we did not want that kind of pressure. We have now moved into our lovely home in Pinner and hope to enjoy it for many years.

New build house at the back of my land was successfully approved on the resubmission after very few Minor changes following a well fought pre planning officer who did not want to help us initially. Very content and relieved to have a positive outcome.

Used Felipe for planning from Harrow council. We had to make few changes during process. We had so much help from Annie who was very reliable and understanding. Annie made the whole process easier and listened to our requests and was in contact till we get the planning approved Thank you
