“We worked with Chris on our extension and loft project, and throughout the process he was incredibly professional, responsive and supportive. Unfortunately, we encountered significant issues with our construction company, which caused delays and complications that were completely outside of Chris's control. Despite this, Chris consistently went above and beyond to help us navigate the situation, providing advice, answering questions promptly, and doing everything he could to keep the project moving forward. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and his patience and willingness to assist during a particularly stressful period were greatly appreciated. “We recently used Turon Verde Group to replace our old timber decking with composite decking, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Makha was extremely courteous throughout and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. The decking looks fantastic and the attention to detail really shows. Makha was very conscientious and even added some extra finishing touches that made the whole area look even better than we expected. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond. In addition to the decking, he fixed our gate, which now looks so much better. He also sorted out some loose paving slabs that was stopping the gate from opening fully — something we hadn’t even asked him to do. It’s rare to find someone so hardworking, thoughtful, and committed to doing a great job. I would definitely recommend Turon Verde Group and would happily use them again in the future.”
