I hired Chris & Tom to do a complete renovation of a 300 year old Farmhouse I bought. When I bought it, it was a complete wreck and Chris and Tom have completely brought this house back to life. They managed the project as the lead contractors for 9 months. Including a complete back to brick stripping, a full re-roof, electrical rewire and new heating install (including under floor heating), 3 new bathrooms and a large kitchen install. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their professionalism, advice and quality of work.

I recently had a loft conversation with dormer and en-suite built and I absolutely love it! These guys were incredibly professional, from the planing process to the completion. The work was done within the time scales provided, despite the bad weather and they have done an incredible job. I absolutely love the loft it was originally supposed to be a guest room, but I loved it so much, I took it for myself. I get so many compliments from my family and friends about it. The team were easy to talk to and they listened to all our suggestions, and provided alternatives when things were not realistic or achievable. I would 100 percent recommend them, so much so, I have booked them in again in a couple of months time for another large project.

I used Tom and Chris for my new extension to my bungalow. From the very first meeting with them to signing off the job I could not praise their professionalism, quality, attention to detail and general “can do attitude” high enough. They put my mind at ease, explaining building terms and what everything meant. Whenever they said they were coming they did, they kept me totally up to date with all aspects of the work and never, ever let me down. I live alone and it’s the first time I have ever done anything to my house on this scale and they totally put my mind at rest throughout the project which I think is very important. They kept everything on time and there were no nasty surprises with the budget (which to me is very important). I would not hesitate to recommend C T Joinery & Developments to anyone, in fact I already do, to all of my friends and family! Great job well done lads. You deserve the 5 stars! Thank you!!
