“Everyone in our family has a LWK kitchen!! My son who is head chef in a London west end restaurant did a lot of research and chose LWK to design, build and install his kitchen in 2013. As a chef he had very specific requirements and knew that a German kitchen would meet his expectations in terms of style, quality of cabinets, lighting, benches and appliances. The installation of the kitchen went smoothly and the end result is a stylish, well-designed, functional family kitchen that is now the focal point of her home. So when my husband and I recently bought our London apartment, which was in need of a new kitchen, LWK was the obvious choice - no research necessary!! Our project had some challenges though as the apartment is in a heritage listed building, an old Fire Station built in the 1880s. My son made some general suggestions about how we could improve the use of the space available and then he encouraged us to just let the LWK designer advise us. We were given several options and after some discussions we decided on our preferred design and were provided with a computer-generated image that really does look like our finished kitchen!! We then looked closely at each cabinet and appliance discussing the options and making decisions concerning the details, which has paid off as we don't have regrets about any of the decisions we made!! We absolutely love the kitchen; the style of the cabinets brings together modern functionality with the historic nature of the building. The whole installation process was completely stress free!! It was superbly managed and completed on time, we went away on holidays and we just left our keys with LWK and when we came back the kitchen had been installed!! The LWK installers even coordinated with our flooring company to ensure that new electrical wiring was put down between the lifting of the old floor and the laying of the new one.
