“I used Iain as a result of favourable recommendation from two neighbours who had previously used his company for building projects. I was wanting to build a sun room on the end of my house to replace a PVC conservatory that would give me increased accommodation and better views. It was a difficult project with limited access and the site was 100 metres from the road for deliveries. Iain and his team overcame all these difficulties without complaining and the project was delivered on time and on budget.”
