“Our project involved the conversion of a conservatory into a more habitable room with new foundations. a full glass-doored front and Velux windows. Milestone were courteous, prompt and carried out all their pre-planning and construction duties in a very professional and competent manner. They coordinated the work of several trades during the build and were always available to deal with any questions and issues we might have had. “After first Covid lockdown I decided to have my own gym / garden office / summer house to minimise impact from worldwide-spread infection. There are quite a few online sites offering pre-assembled products whereas I wanted something bespoke which would naturally fit into our garden. Kevin from My Eco Space offered me service exactly what I was looking for: I supplied him a detailed 3D sketch of what I want and he came back to me with detailed engineering project plan including time and cost. All my queries have been dealt in a very efficient and professional way. Once final design was finalised and timeline and cost agreed it was then essentially a trouble free journey starting from signing the paperwork to getting the keys. What impressed me most is level of transparency and communication - I always felt that I am an important customer and that created a "feel-good factor". The project finished within two weeks window of the planned timeline and there was no additional cost incurred. “I recently had some extensive work carried out throughout my property, which is normally a complete mine field for me as I am very ill experienced within trade duties! I contacted Tom at 1016 Developments and he promptly visited me to discuss my requirements in further detail. I was a little unsure of what I actually wanted and Tom gave me some excellent ideas which were also very cost effective. Tom's positive approach made this very comforting for me, which made me feel like I was in great hands without any need to show a concern over any aspect of the imminent work needed to be carried out. As the work was carried out, Tom and his employees spared no hesitance at maintaining a clean working environment by ensuring all carpet flooring was covered in industrial PVC and all tool stations were respectfully tidy. “We had been searching for a while for a company who would not just complete our project but keep us updated and communicate every step of the way, due to past experiences with tradesman who would keep us in the dark.
