I find them very responsive and easy to work with. Keith, the owner, was very involved in my projects and goes out of his way to ensure that everything is up to his high standards. The subcontractors were professional and trustworthy. They showed up each day, although a few times they were late. In my view, if that is the worst experience in a renovation, you've done well. None of my projects ever exceeded budget due to any omissions on Knockout's part. and deadlines within Knockout's control were always met. I hope that helps.”

Joe and his crew exceeded our expectations many times over. Joe gave us a very detailed and precise estimate along with making us aware of all the possible design options as well as product options. Along the way he would also explain us things wherever needed with online videos, pictures and sometimes based from his experience. He spent significant amount of time to make sure we understood all the project details and were absolutely happy with the options we had selected. Once the project begun, there was no looking back. “We are totally happy with the results of our kitchen re-do by Berceli. We are in a NYC Classic 6 with a good-sized galley kitchen. We are that NYC rarity, in that we cook almost every night. We were perfectly content with the kitchen footprint, but it sadly needed an upgrade. The estimate we got from the project manager, Samir, was not cheap, but totally accurate. There were no surprises. The designer somehow managed to not only create a beautiful kitchen, but somehow got us a lot more storage in the same space...I still can't figure out how. Cindi helped us with the fine details as colors and backsplash, which added to the overall look. Were there glitches along the way? Of course there were, as you don't tear out a complete kitchen without having some problems. However, Berceli was immediately responsive, answering emails and calls very promptly if something didn't look right. i would hire them again without question.”

“George Evageliou’s Urban Homecraft has done some major projects for us and, each time, exceeded expectations. It is a joy to live and work in the beautiful spaces George created for us. The range of work done for us by Urban Homecraft is as follows: a full renovation of the kitchen; installation of built-in wine storage; design and installation of a window seat/daybed with storage; installation of built-in desks, bookshelves, and cabinets in the study; and, installation of HVAC covers. His designs cleverly incorporated a built- in mini fridge, a pull out drawer for the printer, and innovative ways to hide a jumble of TV and computer cords. George takes the time to understand the space and how the client lives in it, and most importantly, he listens. We went through many iterations of the drawings in a collaborative process as George addressed our needs. He fulfilled the “wish-list” of special features we wanted in the cabinetry. The craftsmen working for George are impressive. They brought George’s drawings to life with skill and efficiency. The projects undertaken by Urban Homecraft ran smoothly and seamlessly. We can’t believe we went through major renovations in our home with so little stress and anxiety. Although there were several players involved, we were spared the inevitable hassles because George directed everything -- from hiring a superb contractor for demolition, electrical etc., to coordinating with the granite/marble supplier, the appliance manufacturers and retailers, and even our Condo management. The work was completed on time and on budget. In addition to designing and crafting beautiful spaces , Urban Homecraft excels at making the client feel like their project is the most important one.
