The project was to demolish a Conservatory and to substantially extend the rear of the house to provide new dining and snug area opening onto the existing kitchen. Scope included all ground works, including a new soak away, external structure, internal finishings, including a bespoke breakfast bar, and some landscaping to complete the work.
