“We have been living in our Northcape built house for over 2 years now,and couldn't be happier. The process of designing and building the house was delightful, the finished product our dream come true. Designer/decorator Pat Westgate was so easy to work with, accompanying me to granite, tile, appliance and plumbing showrooms, all of which were totally overwhelming. She gently guided me to the best choices, gave her opinions when asked, whittled choices down when there were too many, etc. She was also a great resource when choosing lighting, always difficult for us since my husband and I have different tastes in that regard. She and Project Manager Jim Goin suggested some design changes that we are very happy with. Friends comment on how "solid" the house is--so well insulated from outside noise. It's an exceptionally well built house, with great attention to detail.”

“Cedar Mill Group is in the process of renovating our two bathrooms. They were both gutted and the layouts were changed. They are a complete remodel firm with computer design and interior decorating help. They were extremely patient as we worked through the design process looking to optimize the limited space we had. Demolition began on schedule and the project is moving along on schedule. This is a long distance remodel and they have been wonderful with keeping us updated on the progress with pictures, e-mails and phone calls.”

“We have known Justin Bloch and his company, Morgan Exteriors since 2006. Justin is very personable and easy to work with. Unlike other professionals, he listen's. He is very eager to help and comes up with many creative design ideas. What we loved about Justin and Morgan Exteriors was that they always kept in touch without using high-pressure tactics. Their prices are very reasonable. The people that came to work on the project were mostly family and friends, so they were very well behaved and worked hard. Justin was around for mostly the initial engagement and design phase. Knowing him, made us feel really comfortable about spending the money for our project. We did get other estimates. Some were lower and many were outrageous. We chose Morgan Exteriors largely because Justin constantly kept in touch without pressuring us. Around 2007, we hired them to replace Siding, Window's/Doors and deck. It was a $50000 project. In 2014 we hired them again, to expand the Deck ($1800). The Quality of work done for both of these projects was very high and we have been extremely happy. Over time, the seal on some of the window's broke and Morgan Exteriors replaced them, no Fuss. I wanted to hire them for other interior work but unfortunately they do not do that. I will definitely hire them for other Exterior work in the future.”

“Our experience with Northstar was top notch! As soon as we met Wes and Mcgregor I knew this was the Contractor to build our retirement home. They are both very professional and personable. We worked on the plans for our home and met with Wes and Mcgregor at least twice a month to lay out the rooms and make additions or deletions for 9 months before we broke ground. Once the project began we had open communication and never did we feel like we couldn't interject and make a change after the fact. Every day during the building process felt like Christmas. Something new and exciting to see! Wes spent his Saturdays sitting with us and the kitchen designer (for hours), looking at windows and sliders, taking us to a custom hardwood shop to choose our flooring. We didn't expect such personal treatment and it was so nice to have his expertise throughout the project. This is not a job for Wes it's a labor of love! That is evident and what I saw in Northstar the very first time we met them. Nortstar is a full service Contractor! They work very hard to make your vision and your dream become a reality!”

“Joel did a complete renovation on my main bathroom, stripping it down to the bare bones, including removing walls, and then building it up again. My house is 260 years old and I was very concerned about it fitting in with the rest of the house. Joel did a fabulous job, including refinishing the original pin floor and pine vanity, building a laundry closet and a beautiful corner cabinet for sheets and towels. He did complex tile work and installed all new lighting as well as a new clawfoot tub, toilet and marble top for the vanity. He even helped me pick out new colors for the walls. I highly recommend Joel for all your remodling needs.”
