“The Pro-Build Team did an outstanding job delivering renovation and an extension project for our Grade 2 listed property. The work included re-roofing the property which was done sympathetically and effectively, completely changing the heat retention abilities. In addition and number of activities were done inside (replumbing and secondary glazing) which were done to a very high quality and always within character. The extension was a challenging project as the access is poor and a number of challenges were faced with the weather. Nevertheless the team were always extremely polite, friendly and ready to go the extra step to ensure a great job. The extension was for a kitchen/living area, bedroom, bathroom and laundry plus some outside landscaping. The team delivered on all aspects and exceed our expectations. In addition the collaboration with the planning and conservation teams was first class and made a real difference. We remain extremely pleased with all the work!
