“DMDL carried out a total external and interior refurbishment and extension our property over a period of over12 months using in the main, directly employed labour directly supervised at all times by Derek Mason himself or one of his excellent site managers. The quality of work was outstanding and we are delighted with the results. Nothing was too much trouble and our frequent changes to the architect's original specification were accepted without question and with full co-operation. The scale of the refurbishment was extensive and we effectively started with a four walled shell and re-created the house from scratch. The work included the installation of underfloor heating, a complete electrical and plumbing refit, as well as new DG windows, roof and exterior cladding. On the few occasions we queried costs during the project, these were either fully explained and justified or adjusted immediately.
