“HONEST and understanding. JB goes above and beyond what is expected. My husband and I put a contract on a home that "needed some work". The realtors had several bids from various contractors to show us how much these repairs could cost. We had JB come and take a look, and give us an estimate (for hours)... NO CHARGE. He could not believe the estimates from the other contractors. The roof did not need to be patched (in like 6 places according to the other bids), but completely ripped off and re-done. It was put on improperly causing all the leaks and damage to begin with. And the mold.... yes, MOLD! That was just another nightmare! He said he would be happy to repair it, but to be done correctly, it would cost more than the house. Basically, "run!" And, we did. Thankfully.”

“Let me start by saying I was super skeptical about hiring someone to do I job I had managed in the past. I asked Boxtribe to host a website, create a registration page, set up a scoring algorithm, and design a system that I could enter scores into and have real time results that participants could see the day of the event. I am a knit picky pain that gets hyper focused on small time consuming details. Elyse did all the preliminary ground work of getting my how will you pay us info, I then spoke with Jerson on the phone. I got the distinct impression that he was hearing me, though I did not feel he was listening to what I wanted. Flash forward to 2 days before the event. Boxtribe got buried by unexpected circumstance and tell me I can run my own data entry. Panicked I try out the software they designed. It was super easy! I had no difficulty navigating what Jerson designed. It was smoother and more efficient than what I had asked for. He must have been laughing while I was talking about just how well he was going to fit my needs. Turns out He knew what I wanted the whole time. Participants were able to see results on their own phones within minutes of data entry. I have heard that my event was incredibly fun and super smooth.
