We came in to the project at about 60% complete and we were immediately provided a full list of proposed finishes and fixtures. We found the finishes superior to others encountered in the market and quickly made the decision to allow the project to proceed as proposed. I believe that was the smartest move we made during our entire home buying process. The attention to detail is constantly commented on by our guests. The home we ended up with has integrity in every facet from windows, to the gutters, to the solar system and appliances. Even the landscaping (often an afterthought in todays spec. homes) is both functional and beautiful. Jeb was on site everyday overseeing construction quality and always patient with my presence and questions. All of our future projects will start with these guys. -CD”

Very good subcontractors except for one, the electrician and his team were disrespectful of my property and my wishes. I would highly recommend HomeSource. My only other complaint was the punch list. You might want to hire your own firm for clean up.”

“Recently, Limestone Construction updated my 1930's bathroom. Not only is their attention to detail "5-star", their consideration to the needs of their client is above & beyond. My 98-yr-old mother lives with me & we had made arrangements ahead of time to be without a bathroom for 1-2 days (this is a 1-bath house). To my surprise, to make it more convenient for my mother, they removed & re-installed the toilet several times during the work process just for her convenience! In addition, their tools were always kept out of the way so she would be able to continue to navigate with her walker through our small cottage home. The job took a day longer than expected & added additional cost, but this was not a surprise, considering the age of the house. The original dark, dirty, hard-to-clean bathroom is now a bright, sparkling example of 1930's style with 2013 convenience! Limestone Construction also built a laundry room onto my cottage that looks original to the house. They are the only ones who will ever do any future work at my home!”
