Matt Stroud and his team are very capable and gifted. Their care and attention to detail can not be faulted. He is also very resourceful, with close connections to a wide range of specialist trades to meet every requirement. Matt understood the requirements of working on a period property and how the refurbishment should be managed to enhance the character, aesthetics and performance of the building. The project was for a complete refurbishment both outside and in, including a new slate roof, repointed brickwork and new heritage timber sash windows externally and a full refurbishment of all rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, sauna and steam room internally.
