“Zulufish have now completed a couple of jobs for me. The first was a full commercial design and build of our studio in Notting Hill, from start to finish the level of service received was exemplary. The brief was to turn a relatively tight space into a hub of creativity and they certainly delivered. My second experience took residential form on a property in Chiswick, it was essentially a full loft conversion and side return which once again was delivered exactly as we could have hoped. I could not recommend them more highly.”

“I first worked with Matthew Stroud Associates on a detached double fronted Victorian villa in a Wandsworth conservation area. He was definitely the best choice of contractor. Matt Stroud and his team are very capable and gifted. Their care and attention to detail can not be faulted. He is also very resourceful, with close connections to a wide range of specialist trades to meet every requirement. Matt understood the requirements of working on a period property and how the refurbishment should be managed to enhance the character, aesthetics and performance of the building. The project was for a complete refurbishment both outside and in, including a new slate roof, repointed brickwork and new heritage timber sash windows externally and a full refurbishment of all rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, sauna and steam room internally. Matt worked accurately to architect and interior designer's drawings and specifications. The finished works are stunning! I can't rate him highly enough. He's my 'go-to' for any future projects.”

“We used Matt and Will to help plan and manage our build (ground floor extension, loft conversion, full re-wire & re-plumb, full re-decorate - 7 months, finished 2022). From start to finish they were excellent - from the level of detail that went into the quotation (a full line-by-line breakdown of everything gave me full comfort that all costs were factored in, and I knew exactly what I was / was not paying for), through the build itself - providing endless advice on everything from orientation of the kitchen through to which suppliers they recommended for lighting. They were more expensive than some other quotes we had, but the quality of the build and the process more than matched the cost - especially when we compared the quality of the finish to others builders that we interviewed. The level of finish has been great, and the very few snagging issues we had were rectified quickly (even coming back after the official snagging period to fix some new issues). Overall, I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough (and have done so to many friends).”

“I have used Shape construction as a set build and design agency for the last 10+ years. I've also recommended them to many companies and individuals and continue to do so. The reason I use them is simply they will treat the job you commission them for as importantly as you do. Very professional, excellent attention to detail and always on time and budget. Also their experience shows when offering advice on how to create and achieve what ever build you need, understanding many materials, processes and trades.”

“Yzzy delivered outstanding work. We worked with them to do a major refurbishment of the lower ground floor of our Victorian house to design an open-space kitchen area, including structural work, bespoke cabinetry and a garden redesign. The quality of their work was very high, with lots of attention to detail. Also, Yzzy were excellent in communicating with us as clients, keeping us informed at every step of the way, and they were all around just pleasant to work with. It's a fantastic team, and I very highly recommend them.”
