“Riemco built our lake home. They were exceptionally professional, knowledgable and timely. Their attention to detail and focus on pleasing the customer was a plus for house. Our house is beautiful, and the envy of many of our neighbors. We are so pleases with the quality of our home from the ground up. Their general contractor was very easy to work with and thorough with every step. They made building our first home a pleasure and would highly recommend their family owned company.”

“Paul Fisher does great work at a reasonable costs. He will work with you to create exactly what you want and he will communicate with you throughout the project. I highly recommend Paul for any job, but particularly those jobs where you don't know exactly what you want to do but that you want to do something. “Adaptive Building Solutions helped us do a remodel on our home in 2012. They moved an staircase, expanded a bathroom, and added a closet. We were happy with the work ABS did for us - particularly the lovely built-in woodwork (shelves, bench, etc.). His price was more competitive than others who gave us quotes and was helpful in thinking about ways to adjust the project scope to keep us in budget. He was flexible along the way as we thought of minor additional changes we wanted to make. We would recommend Mike to others.”

“We are incredibly pleased with our experience working with Rochman Design-Build. They are very attentive to detail and listened to us as we described our needs and expectations for the project. The new work is seamless with the original home. They reused as much of the old trim and materials as possible and designed the addition so the house does not seem at all disjointed or added-on. Rochman's approach is to not make the client feel the stress or frustration when challenges arise. We really appreciated that. They cleaned up every night and kept the dust to a minimum throughout the whole project. They also made every accommodation to make it manageable for us to live in the house while the work was being done. In the end, the renovated kitchen and mudroom are beautiful and functional and we are quite happy.”

From start to finish, the process was a breeze because of their clear communication, partnership and professionalism, and they left the site spotless every day. The end results looks just like the design drawings. We cannot say enough about their subcontractors and the quality of their work. It still looks brand new nearly 3 years later. They have done FANTASTIC work and we will use them for our upcoming Bathroom remodel. The crew is friendly, they clean up after themselves, they start early and work hard all day!
