“We used Wenger Contracting to finish our basement in 2016 and we are very happy with the quality of the work and the service provided by Wenger Contracting. The owner/general contractor Todd Wenger was meticulous in planning and executing the project. His core team of workers were very professional, courteous, respectful, and completely trustworthy. For the three-month period it took to finish our basement, we were at work and our kids were in school and our house was in the care of Todd and his team. Through the planning process and throughout the construction, Todd provided just the right amount of guidance and suggestions along the way as we made our selections and decisions on the details of the work to make sure that the final product and our expectations actually matched in the end. The basement project was quite large with many decisions to be made regarding various structural items, layout, as well as many aesthetic features but Todd made sure that every little details were executed exactly as we had discussed and no changes were made without us being aware of it so there were no surprises with anything including the financial aspect. All of changes that were made along the way were properly accounted for in terms of their impact on the final cost, i.e., reductions and additions were all appropriately accounted. We loved the way our basement turned out and our kids and we are enjoying our basement very much.”

“The Signature Construction and Design group came highly recommended to us for our home renovation. We worked with them to completely overhaul our 3 story townhouse. New kitchen, new master bath, hardwood refinish, upgrade all hvac, upgrade fireplace, new stair rails, removal of walls and interior steps, new lighting throughout, new master bedroom closet and closet insert installation throughout the entire house. We also had their carpenters take a slab of raw black walnut and create a "live edge" countertop bar for us that is the show stopper of the home. We took the home from mid 2000's spec home to mid century modern beautiful from top to bottom! The design and construction staff at Signature were excellent in assisting us with choices to make the home work together. Their carpentry staff built custom doors for a difficult closet and even built occasional tables from the live edge scrap material!! Their construction staff and their sub-contractors are the best in the business!”

“When we moved into our 1920’s era home, we knew we’d need a trusted, professional team to bring it up to date. Our first priority was a larger garage that fit both our cars easily with room for storage. We also needed a first floor half bath and a mudroom, and the team at Pellak delivered all three! Their design plan included an extension of our previous garage space, and used a portion of the old space to accommodate the mudroom and half bath. It was also important to us that the addition looked seamless, especially from the exterior. The Pellak team delivered on that, too. The new space looks as if it was always there, not just tacked on. “We hired Dan to renovate a 2B/2B co-op apartment in NYC. The building is mid-century, and had not been done in over 30 years. The project was not especially complex, but there were rules imposed by management of the building that made it tricky. All materials had to come through a service elevator and we had a finite number of days to complete the project; we actually could have only 6 'noise days.' If we ran over the schedule, we would have been fined. Dan made the deadline and got big kudos from the building. And the work was beautiful. Dan and his designer planned a full kitchen and bar, removed a wall and installed French doors, re-did closets and storage....it was all we expected and more! Our building has a complex HVAC system and all heating ducts had to be covered and the common hallway prepped every night. Dan was spotless. He and his workers were friendly, helpful, and timely. We definitely would use him again and will recommend him.”
