“Outstanding Professional advice from Emily and Andrew . Emily was very involved in the design and Building Regs associated with our new build project at Bridestowe and they have both been very active in the Project Management of our new home at every stage which has been hugely beneficial and they gave me great confidence in overseeing every stage of the build. Very supportive in overcoming any issues between myself and the Contractor on site and being proactive and helpful looking at suitable materials that would give the property character or technical issues that need to be overcome as the build progresses. Very capable in dealing with matters that needed agreement with West Devon BC and always helpful when I make contact by phone or e mail. I can strongly recommend their Professional Services and very grateful they accepted me as a client.”

“We have just received planning permission for our internal reconfiguration which Simon has designed for us. He visited us on several occasions and helped us to see the potential in our property exploring all the options available. Together we talked through how we want to use the house and we have used every pocket of space to reach that potential. Simon has been friendly and accommodating throughout and he has kept in touch regularly. He talked us through the planning process and kept us updated whilst successfully securing planning permission. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon, he is a highly skilled architect and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Many thanks Simon!”

“We have worked with Woco on a regular basis for the past 4 years, on several projects ranging from bespoke furniture-making to much bigger architectural projects. The guys are a pleasure to collaborate with - extremely sharp, fast, excellent at finding out of the box solutions, and always working with the greatest attention to detail. We really appreciate their design + build ethos, which helps them to bring beautiful fully-fledged creations to life.
