“Andy was one of a number of architects we invited to quote on our project to reorganise the ground floor of our house including an extension to the rear. Upon meeting him my wife and I both felt that he was the right architect for our project. He is a local man with the knowledge and experience that we needed. Wow ! did he deliver. He was patient with us as we deliberated over various aspects of the project and gave invaluable advice and support in arriving at our final plan. I naively thought that was the end of his involvement. No way! He maintained close contact with us throughout the building work and liaised with the builders to keep them focused on delivering according to the plans. He gave us advice regarding our new kitchen and referred us to a company that we subsequently employed to deliver and fit the kitchen .We are very happy with the outcome. He also referred us to a supplier of porcelain floor tiles. We used this firm. The result was top quality floor tiles at a very reasonable price. Andy also advised us regarding underfloor heating which we installed using the suppliers he recommended. Andy went above and beyond our expectations with regard to architectural services and my wife and I will be forever indebted to him for delivering a home that has transformed our domestic comfort and lifestyle. We also had a lot of contact with Andy's wife , Audrey , who liaised with us about various aspects of the project. They are a great team and made us feel special.”

“Project management is so so important, to any seasoned full time property developer or investor it’s probably the most important part. It can make or break a project and also either add stress and involvement or make it virtually hands off! “The moment we met Daniel, we had confidence in his skills; which were also endorsed by our architect. The team of builders employed by Daniel were polite, hard-working, tidy, respectful and highly skilled. My wife and I have high standards on finish, and the plastering particularly was excellent. The whole extension and garage utility work was well project managed and when challenges arose (mainly around our kitchen from Wren), Daniel was calm and helpful to help resolve any issues and did a lot more to help than any other tradesman I've come across (parts did not come as planned, not DK's fault). This is my fourth house refurb and by far the best. We are so happy, and really proud of our extension. The comments by friends and family have been outstanding.”
