“We commissioned CDC Studio to design and manage our downstairs extension and loft conversion. Starting from an old and rather run-down DIY conservatory, we told Delphine that we wanted something far more usable and presentable, ideally with a real “wow” effect. We were also very keen to include a sauna— either in the loft or the downstairs extension — and made it clear that this was a priority in our plans. What Delphine came back with was simply breathtaking. She presented us with several beautifully thought-through design options, each of them imaginative and carefully considered. In the end, we chose a design featuring extensive glazing in the downstairs extension, while also creating space for a generous sauna with views into the garden. Delphine was outstanding from the very beginning of the project through to completion. Beyond delivering the architectural plans, she also took care of planning permission, contractor selection, and the overall management of the build.
