“I highly recommend Innovative Design Concepts for any organization or individual seeking outstanding architectural/design services. Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective. We also found Chris and his colleagues to be extremely responsive to our questions and needs, and very open to our feedback. “We are in the process of doing an addition with a new kitchen and dining area. The design is beautiful and all of the employees have been wonderful to work with. Our only complaint is that the project is moving slower than we were told to expect and days have gone by with no progress. We are anxious to finish! Pictures available upon request!”

“We began working with Janet Frasca of The Walker Group in early 2015 on some home modernization projects and have worked with her extensively over the past year on renovating our entire home after a house fire. Janet has skillfully guided us through projects that range from selecting fixtures, paint colors, flooring, bathroom tile, furniture, window treatments, and accessories, to working as our general contractor to reconfigure room layouts and oversee jobs like crown, kitchen cabinet, and light fixture installation, and painting the entire first level of our home. “We have been working with Liv Companies on the major kitchen and bath remodel of our LaGrange, IL home, which included removing big walls, new electrical, and new plumbing. We wanted a character home with a more modern layout, but were intimidated by the renovation process. Dave and Russ have made the whole thing so easy from start to finish. When we were house hunting, they helped us understand the potential of homes as well as the budget that would be required to help us achieve our vision. During the renovation process, working with a company where the architect and the builder are partners and have a track record of working together made the whole process smooth and seamless. Most importantly, the design and the execution of that design was flawless and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. “US BES was top notch from start to finish. Very professional and detailed proposal followed up by full explanation of the special circumstances of our project. Work dates and times were clearly communicated and adhered to which made our lives much easier as we were managing a full time family during the project. Site was cleaned every day with no materials or garbage left behind and everything was completed on time and on budget. Furthermore, the owner of the Company was on site full time while all the work was being completed, it was not subcontracted out to someone else to complete the project.
