“Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry. We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize. Timothy and Amy Nojaim I would like to continue my review of Craftsman Construction. It has now been 8 years since Jerry has built our home. We have temporarily moved overseas. We have continued using Jerry and Craftsman Construction to manage the upkeep and occasional repairs to our wonderful house, while we have been away. “We selected J&B over 4 other contractors to finish our basement and create a bonus room (laundry/craft/sewing room) over our garage. From beginning to end, J&B were consummate professionals - they were continuously available regardless of the day or time of day, they were courteous in both word and action and they were highly respectful of our home's private space. In addition to these important client sensitivities, J&B did exceptional work in our basement and bonus room - the attention to detail and workmanship was extraordinary; we frequently receive compliments about our basement and bonus from guests. While there were a couple issues along the way, J&B rapidly corrected the situation and made good on the work. J&B is a values-based company that is extraordinarily competent with fair and reasonable prices - I would hire them again in a minute! Superb!”

Matt truly loves what he does and his enthusiasm, sound advice and approachable manner reassured us that our remodeled basement, laundry room and bath would be completed as promised. All of Matt’s workers were clean, professional, never played loud music and were respectful of our home. It was easy, we were thrilled with the results and highly recommend!”

“Jason did an outstanding job building our house in Mt Jackson, managing every detail from the well being drilled to the road being built up to the construction site. He followed the architectural design and adjusted where needed. He consulted closely with us on every aspect of the construction inside and out, accommodating our changes and adding design elements inside the house that significantly improved the look and feel of the rooms. He is an honest builder who we could trust to do the job well and on time.”

“Duane Rager and his crew have been helping us for five years. We first hired them to add a bathroom and some lighting in our cottage. A year later we had them back to add a screened porch and few odds and ends around the place, including rebuilding one of the piers under the house. When we moved last year they came to our house we were selling and did everything from paint and carpet to installing a shower and replacing the eaves. Our new home was built in the 1920s and needed a lot of renovation. Duane's crew renovated the plumbing and electricity. They installed vintage lights. They put up drywall and painted. There were four bathrooms gutted and redone. But the best was the custom built shelf unit in the large community room. This was all done within time and cost estimate. The crew is friendly and knowledgable and very professional in every way. Duane was willing to work with me to use my ideas and offered great advice and suggestions without making me feel he was trying to "sell me" his ideas. My confidence and trust in Rager Construction is unlimited!”
