“I used Balbes Custom Building for my repair and my remodel of my basement when I had a flood. I was concerned since I just moved into the house. The basement was just redone. Jon Balbes and is crew were amazing! Jon came in and assured me he would get the basement looking good again and he did! Balbes custom building took care of the water damage, put up new drywall and painted. They fixedf thr damaged floor in the bathroom and got the carpet in stalled as well. In addition he referred me to a plubmer that helped with the flood problem in the first place. The work he did was beautiful, in a timely fasion and reasonably priced wi. I would use Balbes Custom building again in a heart beat.”

“Riemco built our lake home. They were exceptionally professional, knowledgable and timely. Their attention to detail and focus on pleasing the customer was a plus for house. Our house is beautiful, and the envy of many of our neighbors. We are so pleases with the quality of our home from the ground up. “We are extremely happy with our Patio, Spa and Fire Pit project done by Brandon, Alex, Jake and the entire Lawn Guru crew. The ideas for our backyard were taken into account and made better than we could have ever imagined. The finished product exceeded our greatest expectations. They were very up front about all costs, and pulled out all the stops to make sure we met our deadline. When pre-existing problems in our lot became evident they brought in appropriate experts to make sure the issue was taken care of. They wanted to make sure it was done right the first time, and that we wouldn't have any issues 10, 20 years down the line. Every detail was thought of and the attention to detail these guys have is amazing. We would highly recommend the Lawn Guru team for any project!”

“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”
