“Prior to calling Greenwise Construction, we had contacted two other construction companies in the area. We called Greenwise Construction last, told them what we wanted to do to our bathroom, and they offered to come over and see my bathroom the very same day. My husband and I met with Andy and his father Daniel, went over the details of what we wanted done and spoke over the costs. During the estimating process - they seemed to be very detailed and made sure to let us know of any challenges that they may come across - this helped us feel comfortable in the sense that they would not give us any surprises with constant change orders - resulting in additional money paid out throughout the project. We were most concerned in the waterproofing process for the shower and floors since we have had problems with this before in another bathroom at a previous residence. They used the most innovative and best products out there when it came to waterproofing. They maintained open communication throughout this process, in particular, because they knew it was something we were concerned about, which helped give us peace of mind and made us feel like our money wasn't being wasted away. Furthermore, after the bathroom was finished, my husband and I were so happy with the outcome. Everything came out perfectly. All the time and money invested into this project became worth it. I can now enjoy a walk-in shower inside my new beautifully renovated bathroom, and appreciate all the design details we spent weeks deciding on, such as the new sink fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, color scheme, tiling, etc. I thank Greenwise Construction for all the hard work and attention to detail they put into our bathroom project. I definitely recommend Greenwise Construction to anyone looking for beautifully detailed craftsmanship - I even feel like we underpaid for the perfect details that went into everything. “We have used Turn Key twice, first to re-stucco our house. By nature, stucco is very messy. They did a great job. They were very neat, with great advice before and throughout the project. Our first experience led us to hire them again to remodel our kitchen. There were a couple things we couldn't decide on and Mark recommended a designer. She was great and reasonably priced. After two visits and one shopping trip we were set. The kitchen work was excellent. In fact, when we were dissatisfied with LED lights that "we" requested, Mark came out two weeks later and replaced them at no extra charge. Turn Key will be our first call on our next adventure in re-modeling!”

“I hired Katu A&D for layouts on my basement/garage renovation to a 1 bedroom apartment. Communication was very professional and the ladies worked with my hectic and odd schedule. They were very interested in getting to know what I WANTED! In very little time from the initial visit I was provided with 2 different floor plans (3D model & a blueprint for the contractor - complete with measurements). My most pleasing experience working with Gaelle and Kate is that 2 days after I received the layouts, Gaelle outreached to me and stated that they noticed that I seemed a little disappointed that the layouts did not include a bathtub (I love bath tubs); they had already had a adjusted layout ready for me which included the bathtub!!! I've already started recommended them to others & will continue to use them for future projects :-)”

“My Kitchen was remodled and expanded without increasing the home's sq ft just knocking down walls and using existing space better. Being a single woman,who knew little about what it takes for a major constrction project I spent years looking over potntial contractors. I first became familiar with Hartmann-Baldwin in 2009. I kept coming back to them and decided in 2013 they were the right fit for me. My new kitchen was featured by the Co in their Aug blog and was a highlighted kitchen on Houzz.com for their Co in August 2015. I love my kitchen and love the workmanship and attention to detail by all the craftsman who worked on my project. H/B also coverted one of my bedrms into a laundry room and used part of this room's sq ft to expand a hallway to a 3rd bedroom which was accessed before by a slidind wall door between bedrooms 2 and 3. This has made access more practical between these rooms. I cant thank H/B enough for their expertise in design, construction and fiving me peace of mind that the process was being done well for this 6.5 month project.”

“I had a major kitchen renovation in my house. After several quotations from different vendor I decided to go with Kithchenology. Now I can say, I never was wrong in my choice. Eddie was the main person we were in touch with most of the time. He is a very mellowed guy and very accommodating. My renovation involved knocking down walls, moving gas and water line, new cabinets, counter top and I even had my garage renovated with nice cabinets and epoxy floors.
