Along with the practice personal creative skills I was very impressed by their technical know how. The teams knowledge of building regulations, local authority planning requirements and technical building skills saved me a substantial amount in architects fees and it was comforting to experience their confidence when addressing the builders and trades and the respect they attracted. The creative design planning stage and specification for finishes and furnishings was professional and stress free. It was great to have a designer sketch their ideas while explaining their thoughts. Discussing ideas in 3D is a real advantage. Given the licence to express themselves they came up with some really great ideas. Project management was equally important, especially with all the H&S requirements attached to the industry these days. I also felt once the budget was approved they made a good effort to protect it right through to completion. “A corner of my garden was crying out for a room.... Jim and Walter immediately saw the potential for the plot, with it's slightly quirky, curved boundary. I knew I had found my team when I saw Jim's delightfully hand-drawn design shaded in pastels... The entire project has been a joy... Over the summer, the room gradually emerged almost organically, as if it had always been there,and belonged.. The boys worked with passion and commitment-and pleasure in their job. This was infectious. By the time the room was finished -complete with small bathroom/kitchen and bespoke,slanted picture windows,we were all equally proud..! My room has been frequently used by family [it's a big hit with teenage daughters..!] and friends alike,since it's completion,and everybody loves it. All in all, a 100%positive experience... I highly recommend Inside out Oxford-they will create a unique addition to enhance any garden.-and provide a useful multi-purpose, all seasons living space.. “Following on from an extension, we used MKPBS again. We had our entire en suite ripped out and redone. Again we had someone there every day without fail. We have a water pressure system at the house and no water tank and they are able to see all issues that arise and come up with a solution to all problems. They have solved our water pressure problem and we now have a stunning new bathroom that matches our requirements. They have also added extras to the master bedroom, new radiator, new plug sockets for downstairs, and are re-decorating the whole thing. We will definitely use again”
