“We have had a kitchen remodel done and a sunroom edition done. They come out on each project and the initial interview finds out what you want and then they explain what is feasible. After a compromise is reached, they send a series of team members out to go through everything from floor choices to paint colors with you. They also prepare a computerized walk through where you can see exactly what your project is going to look like. After there is agreement, you get a detailed step by step plan and final exact price with what is due at every step. There is no room for misunderstanding. Once the project is ready to go, they assign a specific project manager to your project and he is given a key and a copy of your schedule. While your project is underway, he work just for you and no one else. There is a note each day as to what will be done the next day. They always schedule their arrival to be after you have left and close out before you get home. When the project is finished , you see exact matches on all construction. No gaps and no obvious mistakes. Then you get a three year warranty. The owner Rob Baugher comes out himself on the initial visit so there will be no misunderstanding. In addition, there is no swearing or smoking allowed on the site. It is a great company to deal with.”
