Cas & Co

Cas & Co is not reliable company. Left our house is a total mess, unfinished, did not comply with Building Control and did not try to attend and rectify their work. This company does not respect client, does not respect client's money and time. It took them 7 months to deliver shoddy job and did not try to correct any of it. Tried to demand more money without providing invoices or any financial breakdown. My family now is in a very difficult position due to this company unreasonable behaviour and lack of skills. Do NOT go with this company !

Had a outbuilding made Pitched roof with 3 rooms a big gym room a toilet and steam room and a fully tiled dog room. Very good job builders always working early until late evening. All work done to high standards Supervisor was always available to discuss work being done and materials used. Very good job done overall in a timely manner.

Very professional, reliable and on time! Carlos the project manager was well mannered and very organised. I have been planning to get a loft conversion for many years now and me my wife worked hard And saved just to able to achieve this massive goal in our lives. I spent a few weeks researching online for the right contractor that we can trust with very little luck( we had a tight budget for what we wanted). Finally a friend who had gotten their whole house refurbished recently recommended this company and they had many nice things to say about them. Me and my misses set up a meeting and Carlos assessed our house right away and within 48 hours he gave us a very clear and detailed quote and timeline. We were quite apprehensive at first but with the voice of my mate who recently done business with them In the back of my ear egging me on we went ahead with it! They stuck to the project plan to the T, no hidden cost and no funny business. The whole team conducted themselves very professionally and efficiently. All the workers complimented each other’s specific skill set and they worked really well as a team! It was a little like watching those home makeover TV shows that looks almost unreal! I can confirm that there are construction companies out there that really are brilliant, Cas&Co is on of them! Highly recommended!
