We have used the Cavanagh-construction company to update our house which is an older property. Work required has included plastering, plumbing, carpentry, building, tiling and electrical input which does not exhaust the full range of services offered. Anne - Burnham on Crouch I have been delighted with the end result of 'The Build'. The job entailed building a shower/loo extension off the kitchen where an outside loo and coalbunker stood. For me this was quite an undertaking but Ben was patient, had good advice ensuring I was kept in the picture both with cost and schedule. And so I watched as every aspect of a build seemed to take place: demolishing, rebuilding, roofing, plastering, windows & doors, tiling, lighting, plumbing - all to be done to a strict deadline which was met.
