I bought a property developed by Cosybox, have lived there less than a year and it is falling apart. Whilst it looks "nice on the outside", the quality of the work is appauling. Heating panel was broken, intercom didn't work, plumbing was wrong and caused leaks, fire door handle placed incorrectly, skylight placed incorrectly and caused leaks, shower not fitted correctly, gaps in the floorboard and kitchen fittings. I would not recommend anyone to buy one of their properties. Furthermore they are not taking any liability for the poor workmanship. Avoid!
