DES-contracts focuses on the refurbishment of high-end residential homes in central London. We make quality and attention to details the starting point to transform a dream in reality. Michele Desimine has work in the design/refurbishment Industry for almost two decades in Italy. He led DESign, a design/refurbishment Company for almost 20 years. In 2017, due to the high request from his finest clientele in London, he decided to move the Company to London (UK). High-quality standards and relentless attention to details combined with a skilled team have made DES-contract one of the most in-demand specialists for design and refurbishment of the finest residences in the heart of London. I called Des Contract to do some works and snagging to my house. They were professional, quick and knowledgeable. That thing that impressed me the most is the fact that they cleaned up everything properly after finished. They cared about it as it was their own house. Outstanding, I strongly recommend it.

We selected Des Contract for the full refurbishment of a old and historic semi-detached house, including bespoke furniture and roofing works. The 8 months project was delivered perfectly on time and budget. Michele is a very experienced professional providing invaluable advice. His team is highly skilled with an attention to details second to none. Friendly and very supportive even after completion of the project. I strongly recommend them.
