We renovated our entire bottom floor and we're so grateful we chose EDMT Development to carry out this extensive work. Mangirdas Cerniauskas aka MC maximised our living room, tiny kitchen, very cold conservatory into an open plan living space which includes an area for guests and kids, dining space, dreamy kitchen, utility room with a separate toilet and shower. Given that my family (2 adults and 3 young children) were living upstairs, MC ensured we had minimal dust travelling to our living space and made sure that the house was tidy once work had finished each day. As the work was carried out in winter, MC did a great job of retaining heat in our home considering we had the back of our house taken out! MC is exceptionally professional, has an eye for detail and is an absolute perfectionist! We would highly recommend MC and his wonderful team at EDMT Development.

MC understood our vision and really channeled that into revamping our home. His team worked flat out for 4 months, through winter and were always punctual. We had a baby on the way so sometimes it wasn't always easy to be on site but this made no difference to the standard of work or time. We were blown away by MC's passion and dedication to the project. He treated it like his own home and everything had to be perfect. MC and his team completely came through for us and we now have a beautiful place for our daughter to grow up.

MC and his talented team had the mammoth task of rebuilding and extending our entire house from the foundations up, with a 6 metre ground floor extension and a loft conversion. The final result has completely transformed our home into a fantastic family living space, thanks to MC’s experience, hard work and attention to detail. Hi All, I can confirm EDMT developments has been maintaining our property portfolio at Full Company Ltd and The Krett Group LTD for many years and I couldn’t fault them. EDMT provided an excellent, professional service. They converted our property in France to a high standard, over coming issues that arose in a solution focussed approach. It was a collaboration of ideas and design suggestions with EDMT. EDMT worked hard to achieve our deadline and we were very happy with the end result.
