Peter came highly recommended to me from a number of friends, of whom I know would only use the finest professionals. Peter responded to my request immediately, arrived on time and explained clearly and professionally all the work I needed to do. The estimate arrived quickly and was broken down in stages. As the project progressed, so did my vision for the apartment. There was no hesitation that the work could be done, estimates again were supplied and work carried on. Seeing the work take shape, I decided to do the entire flat, which was never my intention. It is my firm belief that I would never have renovated the whole place if it were not for Peter's unparalleled workmanship and his brilliant team. There was not one occasion that I was left wondering about the project, Peter kept me up-to-date on deliveries, costs and progress. All calls were answered and emails responded to. This is a rarity in todays world. I could go on but, in conclusion, work was carried out on time, on budget and exceeded all expectation. Elite are quite simply the best company of builders we have ever used. They are the absolute opposite of what you always fear builders will be! They’re totally honest and thoroughly professional. Punctual, reliable, meticulous, perfectionists. Always mindful that they’re working in people’s homes; in particular, carefully cleaning up after themselves every day. I’m very happy to say we’ve now renovated two houses with Elite. The second of which we lived though and I was heavily pregnant. Both projects were completed to the very highest standards and I found the team to be beyond considerate: from keeping the house clean and tidy at the end of every day to picking up odd jobs we hadn’t even mentioned. They were a complete pleasure to work with from start to finish, in fact we almost missed the team once they left. We were thrilled with the results and the projects were on time and on budget. Peter & Sav at ELITE REFURBISHMENTS & CONSTRUCTION LTD have looked after my house for years. Not only did they do all of the renovations with a can-do attitude, but did them on time and within budget. Sav and Peter are professional, likable and very easy to work with. Sav's incredible experience in construction and decoration gives hime a unique ability to solve problems and create outcomes that seems impossible or inconceivable. If there is a way, Sav will find it!! Since completion of the works on my house over 5 years ago, Sav and Peter have continued to look after EVERYTHING for me- from plumbing, to heating, to decoration, lightbulbs. Just yesterday my daughter dropped tweezers in the sink, down the drain. I called Sav and he said, "Don't worry. I'll take care of it. See you soon!" I always know ELITE will do the best job they can as quickly as possible! Sav and Peter not only look after my house, but they look after our relationship as well. They are honest, respectful, trustworthy people that follow through.
