We have been dealing with Encompass for the past 15 year. Having their shop front and offices a few doors down for ours on Garratt Lane means that they are always there if clients wants to pop in and discuss potential works. We recommend their services to our clients when purchasing properties, having undertaken many lofts and extensions throughout this period. Seeing their work first hand and getting positive feed back from our buyers means that we can continue to recommend them.

Leon and the team at Encompass did a fantastic job on our loft conversion. It was logistically complicated with difficult access and other issues. They delivered the work according to their quote (which was actually the best quote we received in any case) and to a high standard. Our neighbours also commented how courteous the builders were during the work.

I got in touch with Encompass to provide a Design and Build quote for building our extension. Leon was super helpful and knowledgeable and took all of our requirements into account when providing the quote. We really wanted the build to be complete in time for us to enjoy our new extension over the summer 2020 and we had a pretty tight budget. The best thing that Encompass brought to the table, was that they helped us to stay in budget and to be comfortable living in our home ( with our new 3 month old baby) during the entire build. Leon came up with creative ideas for how we could achieve more within our budget. The team built us a temporary kitchen and sealed off the construction areas in order to keep noise and dust to a minimum and our house secure. Of course there was a lot of noise on the days that walls were coming down, but on the whole we were quite comfortable. The team were polite and respectful and a pleasure to have on site and they achieved a great finish to the whole build. I would definitely recommend them.

Encompass were great for our house renovation. We contacted them for some building work on our new home. The work was fairly priced and we benefited from consultation and advice from them for our design and were put in touch with a great team of builders. The project management was great and the work was of a high standard.

The project involved the full refurbishment of a three bedroom house and landscaping of the front and back garden. The work was carried out to a high standard and was completed on time. All technical issues were dealt with and the property was left clean and ready for occupation.

We have just used Encompass for some construction and rebuild work to our kitchen and they were great. They gave us support and direction when planning the the work we wanted. They guided us through each step of the process and the different options available to us. They supported us in working to a really tight deadline (We had our first baby due). They are clearly well trained understanding the importance of good architecture because their way of solving problems always take the final outcome into consideration and always deliver excellent results.

The Encompass team have been fantastic throughout the whole process, design, planning and building. We have been working with them on a loft and rear extension to a previously extended house. The building knowledge and experience they've bought to the table has been fantastic. In particular with this projects existing work, we really needed a company that could think proactively and be thoughtful with solutions, rather than say they'd have to start from scratch like some groups out there. After consulting a number of builders, we found Encompass to be the most professional, approachable and competitive in terms of price and so we engaged them to build a two storey side extension and single storey rear extension to our 3 bedroom semi detached. We found Leon easy to deal with and his experience and suggestions ensured that we ended up with a well designed house throughout. Felix and his team were professional, hardworking and always cheerful. We lived in the house throughout the build, and amazingly, the team ensured that we were never without hot water, heating and somewhere to cook. We did have a number of issues during the 9 month project but solutions were never in short supply and Leon always ensured that we were aware of what was going on and provided options to resolve them. We now have a 5 bedroom house to be proud of, and absolutely love our new space. I would definitely recommend Encompass and would certainly consider using them again in future.

We engaged with several companies to discuss our proposed complete refurbishment of our kitchen/living/dining space but the team at Encompass impressed us the most and gave us the most confidence of a company we could work with. Communication was excellent, and I could always get a response without having to chase. Work was of an excellent quality and attention to detail was brilliant, and they delivered exactly what we wanted rather than doing what was easier. Felix (site manager) and his team were very polite, respectful, respectful of our property and did their best to leave the site tidy each evening, especially as we were still living there. Nothing was too much trouble and happily accommodated any changes and additional work. Leon and Jason both visited site and ensured everything was going as it should and that we were happy with progress and the team on site. Leon and Felix both came on completion to snag the work and ensure all was as it should be before the final invoice was issued. I have recommended Encompass to my son who is looking to have a loft extension and would certainly use them again for any future works.

Encompass provided us with a free site visit and survey to consider the feasibility of carrying out some renovations on a property we are in the process of buying. They provided a very frank and honest assessment without any commitment to proceeding with their services and gave some valuable wisdom from their extensive property development experience.

We decided to have our extensive house conversion undertaken by Encompass, following a string of recommendations from friends and acquaintances. The website drew our attention further and then we took the plunge and met up with some of the team at our property, right from the start it was clear they were friendly, helpful and professional. This was the case from the start to the finish of the project. We had our entire house refurbished, loft conversion with ensuite, family bathroom, walls knocked down and steels inserted throughout, new kitchen (enlarged kitchen), wooden floors and decorated throughout. All in all Encompass did an excellent job, they could not be more helpful and everyone of the hard workers on site were a joy to have around, the quality and manner of the work of the men was excellent. I will use Encompass in the future and continue to recommend their services whenever friends and family need work done.

Encompass were originally planned to just do our single storey rear extension, however due to good workmanship we agreed they also refitted our family bathroom and created a new patio area at the rear of our property. They were always thoughtful, knowledgeable and helped us find cost effective solutions to issues we faced during the build. The team are a trusted group of skilled craftsman who we enjoyed having in our house everyday!

I can't recommend Encompass enough. We commissioned them to transform our townhouse garage and convert it into an open plan kitchen and living space with a concealed shower room and WC. They were extremely professional and collaborative throughout the process. Encompass London recently built a large summerhouse and patio in our garden in East Sheen and replaced a further patio that had been badly laid (by another company!) a few years ago. Leon and Jason are always professional and efficient and they have put together a crack team who are all polite, reliable, hard working and trustworthy and, most importantly, highly skilled. We came across Encompass through a recommendation from a friend. Each member of the company that we encountered during our building works, was professional and completed their part to the highest standard. The work included an extension and a side-return, addition of a utility room and total overhaul of the downstairs and landing area. All the little finishing touches were thought about and they were happy to give advice as we needed. Any delays were explained and understandable. Just wanted to thank the guys from encompass for their recent refurbishment work. On time and almost on budget, a small miracle from my experience. The quality of finished product was better than expected and more importantly for us was the attitude of the guys on site. Despite the usual problems and changes. All concerned were polite and easy going.

We approached several companies before commencing our work, and Encompass immediately impressed with their enthusiasm, competence and guidance. Our job was a side return extension, so we didn't feel it necessary to engage an architect but wanted a builder who could readily take on the job and still help steer us in right direction when necessary. This they did and the team on site were great. They also had the added pressure of my pregnant wife on site and to get the work done before the due date, which they dealt with very well and achieved! They were communicative, professional, competitive and helpful throughout, and have continued to be so after the job was finished.

If you re reading this I m sure you are aware of the feelings you may have when asking a Builder to look over works your planning to have, with the hope that what you are being told will come through. After meeting various Company representatives, and not feeling too confident, we contacted Encompass London. A breath of fresh air! Instantly we felt at ease, Leon and Jason’s knowledge of the industry was refreshing. With the Construction of our Loft area, they recommended ideas, which only enhanced our original plans to allow the use of more space and inlet of natural light along with ideas for our new staircase to the Loft area. Within our original bedroom, a walk in wardrobe and Ensuite shower room, there recommendation to utilise space was very helpful. A programme of works was drawn up prior to starting which was worked around timescales we required, and payment schedule agreed Once underway, there were minor changes to our scope, which their design team were more than happy to accommodate and advise. All products used were all quality goods and from a sustainable source, something my wife picked up on! Overall to summarise, a quality product was received for a cost within our original budget, all works were completed on time, the guys working were courteous and they remembered they were working in someone’s house!! We were delighted with the finish, and would hesitate to use Encompass again

We had a fantastic experience with Encompass, from planning to completion of our new kitchen diner. The original layout of our dining room, kitchen and utility room meant we found it difficult to envisage how the space would work once we opened it out. However, Leon came up with some great ideas including a floor to ceiling window to maximise the light and changing our original planned layout to make the space more social than it would have been. Following the planning stages, we were assigned Felix as our project manager for the build. He was excellent - very thorough, with high standards and quick to respond to any queries. We also really appreciated that the whole team were very respectful of our home - cleaning up at the end of every day, and making the kitchen as fully functioning as possible during the building works despite the inevitable disruption. We’re thrilled with the finished result and so I’d highly recommend Encompass. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I first used Encompass 3 years ago for a loft extension. Leon and Jason’s friendly and knowledgeable service shone through in our first few meetings and their advice left the other building firms that came to look and quote for the job, in the shade. During the building process the guys were always on hand to meet or on the other end of the phone to explain what was happening and where they were in relation to stated time-frames. The job was finished on time and on budget and to a very high standard, which has actually been life changing in certain respects. So impressed was I with the loft extension that I hired Encompass again to complete a ground floor extension for me, which has transformed my home. I have now gone from a run-down 2 bed Victorian semi, to a modern, high-end 3 bed property, that is the best house on the street.
