We are Architectural Designers specialising in Residential Architectural Design & Construction. Including all types of extensions and lofts conversions. Using only Computer Aided Design (CAD) we produce high standard drawings. We provide expert advice and guidance from trusted design professionals with 25+ years of experience. Our 'Experience Counts' and we have specialized expertise in a wide range of materials, construction methods, and building types. We help our Clients to explore what is appealing aesthetically and how that relates to their everyday functional needs in order for us to better understand their requirements before creating a new design scheme. We also co-ordinate with our team of professionals in aspects of design, mechanical & structural engineering, construction, and sort through the ever more complex tasks of working with Local Authority Planning Departments, Building Regulations, and in some cases, Property Management. Our Structural Engineer evaluates structural integrity when he prescribes a new structural design scheme. Regardless of size and budget, each project is approached from the big picture. We are based in London/Surrey Borders and our coverage is most of London and the Home Counties. We also have offices in Central London and Central Glasgow, Scotland.
