Faryearny converted our chalet bungalow to 4 bedroom house in 2017. From start to finish founder Paul Turner was on site, project managing as well as being highly involved in the building works. Paul and his team give builders a good name and we are so glad we enlisted them to do it. We are pleased with the finish in all respects and any problems were dealt with quickly and with superb communication. Paul explained how the project would run from start to finish. With detailed costings of what would be included and what would not. Always on time and the site was left tidy every day. Even the problems we had with having to dig deeper for our foundations were dealt with swiftly and with little fuss. From conception to completion Paul & his team were absolute professionals. Working together with Paul on the ordering of our kitchen and materials we set an agreed deadline which Paul & his team met with military precision. We literally returned from our holidays to the kitchen of our dreams, we even had plates and saucepans in the cupboards....... I really can compliment Paul & his team enough !!

Faryearny Ltd was selected following an extensive search and tendering process, both through my architect contact and a trusted trader website. The work involved extensions at two cottages in Littlebourne, both within the Village Conservation Area. Paul Turner's brickwork is impressive - brick pattern and colour matching to existing stock was great. There were several complex decisions on steel work and footing construction requiring quick decisions to meet various BCO demands and relating to speedy concrete delivery. Paul managed this routinely and liaised effectively with myself, the Structural Engineer and other officials and professionals involved. Given that I was also involved in parallel building work (3 x bathrooms, internal ceiling joinery, general decoration work and joinery, roof work etc), Paul was very accommodating and helpful in providing support and equipment to me as needed. Sub-contractors were competent and included electrician, plumber, groundworks, and roofers. Significantly, all prices quoted were maintained in full. Costs and charges were meticulously handled through Faryearny's impressive invoicing. Additional items over and above the agreed Statement of Works, were clear and discussed in full before committing. Finally, Paul's quote was one of the best and most detailed I received. Overall, I would strongly recommend Paul and Faryearny.

Excellent garage conversion, new extension and patio work by all the team at Faryearny. We are more than delighted with the final outcome and with the work done by all the team at every stage of the job - even more so as they had to negotiate working (or not) through lockdown and the immediate aftermath, I'd happily recommend their work and the firm to anyone considering using them.
