We used Fenice in 2019 for a major renovation project and then again in 2021 for an even bigger project involving a loft conversion and the renovation of the whole house. On both occasions Adam showed excellent attention to detail, had great vision and was tenacious in solving problems and keeping the project on track and on time, despite the effects of the pandemic. He uses tried and trusted trades people who live up to his high standards and the end result is excellent. Adam definitely inspires confidence and when the upheaval of the project is going on around you, his steadying hand is very welcome indeed. Would not consider using any other builder.

We are very happy with the overall Fenice package. The design and planning stage went well and the architect came up with a plan which has given us exactly what we wanted. The building team, including the sub contractors, were of top quality and operated to very high standards. The summer of 2021 was a tough time for building projects but despite this we hit all our major timetable milestones. Overall we were very impressed with Fenice who were extremely professional throughout our project and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fenice are a professional firm who designed and built a two storey extension to our home, on time and on budget. Adam's wealth of design experience was critical for smooth planning approval and ensuring the new home flowed seamlessly from the existing. The team maintained momentum through Covid19 and flexibly scheduled (and rescheduled) craftsmen to ensure the build was completed on time. They engaged throughout to keep us informed and involved in decision making. Without exception the Fenice team and all subcontractors have been excellent - faultless work completed to a high standard, experienced builders with creative solutions to solve problems, and really friendly people who have been a pleasure to work with. Its been a brilliant experience and we have a fabulous new home finished to an incredibly high standard.

We used Adam and the team to design and build our kitchen, dining and playroom extension. It was a seamless approach to designing our extension and the single point of contact throughout made the project effortless! I was really happy and impressed with the quality and level of finish throughout. Adam was great at guiding us through the project and made some excellent suggestions using his great experience to guide us throughout the process. I would have no hesitation in using Adam and the team again.

We chose Fenice as they offered a complete design & build service, Adam and his team coordinated the whole design and build process expertly, the works were completed on time and on budget.
