I plan to use Greenbuild & recently asked for an Estimate to carry out home improvements at my property circa 1910. I know they have a reliable 15 year track record of expertise & Friends of mine recommend Greenbuild as they found them to be trustworthy, professional, tidy & respectful. When confronted with challenges Nico & Team find alternative solutions are always ready to discuss things & work calmly under pressure to achieve the desired result all within budget. I have seen his finished projects which are stunning & after speaking at length I am satisfied to instruct him to undertake a full home renovation.

We recently worked with Nico and the GreenBuild team on an a clients extensive renovation in Hove. The experience was great from beginning to end, they were an amazing team to work with and nothing was ever too much trouble. We worked really well together and the quality of their workmanship was top notch! We hope to work with them again on future design projects.

Extensive House refurbishment with extension and loft conversion. Nico from GreenBuild had a very professional approach to all aspects of the project. He is creative and took time to advise me and consolidate my thoughts on the project. His creativity with a practical approach was a great asset. The initial quote was very detailed and any changes discussed in full. Most of all I appreciated the initial framework for the project which Nico allowed to be dynamic as work progressed. On site very well organised, great communicator and adhered to deadlines. He runs a tight operation with high standards and great respect for his team as well as the customer. Outstanding finish on the project.

Nico contacted us about our renovation project soon after we put an ad on Houzz. Right from the beginning, we were impressed by his thoroughness, attention to detail and straightforwardness. The project involved modernising and revamping the interior of the whole property, and also creating an 'internal annexe' in which elderly grandparents could shield if necessary. He was absolutely clear with us about costings at every stage, and gave us several options for materials and products for each of the major pieces of work. Because we had no experience of this kind of project, I asked a friend in the building trade to look over Nico's quote (which was comprehensively itemised) and they confirmed that the price was very reasonable for the level of work proposed. GreenBuild only had a couple of months to complete the project (right in the middle of a pandemic!): they delivered on time: and we were in the house by Christmas. Nico's own team, and the contractors he used, were helpful and courteous; a really good group of people. The quality of work is extremely high: it's a pleasure to live here. We really got what we wanted. Nico and his team worked well with us, the designers that we consulted, and all the other third parties that were involved. Very highly recommended.

Greenbuild were great all the way through, we have carried out quite a few builds in numerous parts of the country in our time and this team were by far the best. Young and energetic, lots of ideas and knowledge. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to family and friends.

I couldn't recommend Nico and the team more highly. we have renovated a number of houses, using a few different builders. GreenBuild were by far the most reliable, hard working and considerate, providing good cost saving ideas but at the same time providing a very high standard of results. GreenBuild completely refurbished my home which included a new kitchen and removal of structural walls. Would definitely hire again.

Amazing! Nico has so many great design ideas that we hadn’t thought of. He kept us up to date of what was happening with the work all the time. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure that we were happy with what was happening. We are so pleased with the extention which was a beautiful kitchen/breakfast room, and the new family bathroom. I can not recommend them enough.
