We used Grosvenor House Construction to build a rear extension and refurbish the rooms leading onto it. This involved construction of the extension, laying new flooring throughout the ground floor, installing underfloor heating and made to measure critall style doors, with decorating, laying courtyard tiles and bespoke joinery at the end. We did not use an architect at the build stage and I can say that the team were amazing keeping the project on budget, on time and dealing with all the planning and approval admin hassles that a build entails. Very good at creative and practical solutions during the build, very good at communication and all in all it was the least stressful build experience I have ever had, despite it being the biggest! The quality of the finish was excellent and in particular the joinery deserves a mention as I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and they executed it perfectly. A very nice team of people to deal with to boot - would recommend 100%,

We had our Victorian terraced house completely rebuilt and renovated internally, with a loft conversion, a “pod” room, a new roof, and an extension with a side return on the ground floor, and large folding French doors onto the garden. We also had new windows throughout which were made to measure. Our house was also completely re-wired with a new central heating system installed with a combi-boiler and a pump, the walled we’re all stripped back to the bricks and replastered and the skirtings and doors replaced. The team supervised all the work including the installation of our kitchen and plumbed in three fitted bathroom suites with showers. They also made built in cupboards to our exact specifications, and did the tiling beautifully. The whole job took about 6 months from start to finish, which was much faster than other very similar house refurbs in our street. Grosvenor House Construction were considerate to our neighbours throughout, and very communicative and easy to deal with throughout the job. We are delighted with our house and the service we received. I would recommend as they stick to their prices quoted and their standard of finish is great. They also sourced some great double glazed wooden sash windows and folding doors for much less than I could find.
