Embarking on major house renovations is different for everyone , but for me it is particularly stressful, particularly when you are using your life savings, due to my Type A Engineer personality and over active brain. I have over thought everything and like things to be done perfectly. The HED team were recommended to us and we immediately found a connection with the team and chose them based on outstanding feedback. Their attention to making the journey a good one has been outstanding and their phones are always on to work through thoughts. The quote is extremely detailed and broken down element of work, making the situation very transparent and easy to understand. The team have been incredibly engaged throughout the journey and partnered to drive solutions. We are roughly half way through the build and I can’t speak highly enough about them. Not previously knowing how the renovation process works, the structure that they operate under works amazingly and they have it just right. There is a site manager, Jacek who has a huge amount of knowledge and always feeding materials/guidance to the team, who are constantly on the move and making progress. They are an incredibly friendly and welcoming team and great to have on site. Marcin and Chris are then overseeing everything, helping find solutions and move things forward. There are many issues with old houses and the team are solution focused, always finding the best way to work through issues and not cut corners. The quality of work has been outstanding thus far and the exceed my expectations, with suggestions going over and above of what I had thought of. Pragmatic solution and working though questions in a constructive manner is all I could ask for. I highly recommend the services and will post further positive feedback on completion.

Very professional, Always arrived early and were extremely polite. Tidied up each evening and paid attention to detail, a fantastic finish. Very happy with the work carried out and would definitely use them again for further projects. Have already recommended to friends.

This was a big project with many challenges but HED found ways to overcome them with ease and good nature. Chris and his team always found a way to get things done rather than saying why they couldn't be done and that made the process, in my experience, a lot less stressful than a major refurbishment usually is.

I found HED to be extremely impressive from start to finish, a company that prides itself to delivering on the detail and the customers satisfaction. The staff are polite, punctual, well mannered and tidy up after themselves but the real beauty i found was in the customer journey. From the moment you are given virtual mood boards as couple to select the interior that fits your style and tastes to seeing that vision unfold I could not fault the team. I have already recommended them to a number of friends.

Fantastic company,. The whole team were unbelievably responsive to anything I needed and the quality of work is exceptional. I had an issue with my basement and it needed a total refurbishment including new walls and insulation. The whole team went over and above my expectations. I had originally been recommended High End Developers by other people who spoke very highly of them and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
