“I recently had a loft conversion, new bathroom, new kitchen,a full rewiring, new radiators,nflooring throughout and beautiful stairs installed - and I can honestly say these budders were exceptional from start to finish. Their workmanship is good. What really set them apart was their attitude. They were consistently courteous, patient and took the time to explain each stage of the work so I always felt informed. They offered thoughtful suggestions that generally improved the final result, showing how experienced knowledgeable they are. Their honesty and professionalism were so strong that I felt completely comfortable giving them a key to my home. They respected my space, kept everything tidy and treated the project as if it were their own home. They also went above and beyond in ways I didn't expect - putting up my washing line mounting the tv on the wall as 2 examples. Those extra touches meant a lot and show how much pride they take in their work in customer care. “An excellent job! Our wooden lean to greenhouse is pre First World War and although it has been ‘refurbished ‘ over the last years 50 years it is a bit out of line. Bespoke Joinery took on the task of making a new door for it. The door was made to our specifications and matches the rest of the green house. The fitting must have challenged their joinery skills We are impressed with the quality of the door and are delighted with it. I can feel a little smile coming on my face when I look down the garden.”
