About Us

In 2017, London-based luxury design and build construction company HvB Development partnered with creative direction and interior design house Elnaz Namaki Studio. Together, they offer an intelligent and bespoke design and build service to a sophisticated and discerning clientele. One of the defining features of the partnership between Hugo van Bilderbeek of HvB Development and Elnaz Namaki of Elnaz Namaki Studio is their passion for developing original projects with extremely high attention to detail; together they manage all phases of a project from the initial planning process, through interior architecture design and the building, to final styling. The partnership is unique in its approach to design and build projects, capitalising on the wealth of experience brought to the table by both Hugo as a talented developer with fifteen years’ experience in the field, and Elnaz as an accomplished and creative interior designer who is at home both in her studio and on a building site. I used HvB on a 4 bed renovation project. The combination of their structural building knowledge and the creativity of their interior design makes them the complete package. The whole team was a pleasure to have around and their attention to detail is extremely impressive. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

Due to previous experiences I was dubious about using one team for both managing both structural work and interior design... but with HvB it worked seamlessly, and made the whole project far more efficient. A high quality of work throughout, and a finish that was even better than the original brief. Very happy to recommend.

I used HVB for a full restructure and refurbishment of my 3 bedroom home in Notting Hill. Hugo is very easy to work with and makes life easy by managing the whole process - even with some slight changes along the way! I was not going to use HVB for interior design options, but once I met Elnaz I couldn't say no, she has an amazingly creative mind and created a beautiful interior for my family and I. Very happy with them, they took the stress away from me and made it a trouble free process. Many Thanks.

Hugo and his team were excellent in helping me work through a complex internal restructure of a large 5 bedroom property which included structural changes and then finished it off to a very high standard. I will be using HvB again
