This was a significant project for us - to extend the rear ground floor by 6 metres and part of first floor by 2.3 metres, as well completely renovating the whole house. We had previously not undertaken such a project, hence the biggest decision was always going to be selecting a builder. We saw in total about 10 builders, which is probably not usual, may 3-4, but we ended up seeing 10 builders, all through recommendation. We selected Ivan because we found him to be straight-forward, to the point and the impression of honesty. We seemed to connect and there was affinity with Ivan from the first moment. During the project Ivan also advised where we did not necessarily need to spend money or in some case alternatives which may be a little cheaper without compromising on quality of products; in other words being cost effective with us in mind. Our house has been completely transformed from 'head to toe' and is our forever home. The quality of workmanship is meticulous and of the highest quality, which is the same as three other builds by Ivan we had seen prior to our decision. In conclusion, for any project, irrespective of size, I would only commission Ivan to undertake the project and if his schedule would not permit this, I would wait until he becomes available.
