Jewel made a number of suggestions as to how my apartment could be reconfigured to make it more suitable; including converting the kitchen and lounge to open plan and refitting a new kitchen and flooring throughout. The unusable garden was transformed into an "oasis" with paved and lawned areas almost doubling its size, and attractive running water features and lighting. The work was set out in detailed quotes and these were not exceeded. The work was carried out tidily and in a timely way. Jewel was subsequently awarded additional work in the apartment block by the managing agent.
